Christmas Mass Times 2021

As we approach the end of the calendar year please see below for Mass times over the Christmas period:

CHRISTMAS SERVICES: (A) Unlike previous years we do not have the benefit of stability and regularity which made Church Services a fixed feature. One is therefore compelled to make changes to the nature and time of the services. Last week it has come to my notice that there is a high demand for the Christmas Eve Children’s Mass. So as to accommodate as many devotees as possible a second Children’s Mass will take place.

Altogether a hundred and fifty cards have been issued. To avoid disappointment and ensure the maximum attendance the following plan will be put into action. There are two masses at 4.00pm and 5.30pm. Those attending the 4.00pm Mass will use cards numbered from 1 to 50 and from 100 to 125. These parishioners attending the 5.30pm mass will use cards numbered from 51 to 100 and 126.

The Children’s Mass will be followed by a Carol Service at 11.30pm (recorded music). After the Carols there will be Midnight Mass. On Christmas Day there are three Masses at 8.00am, 10.00am and 12 Noon. THERE IS NO EVENING MASS.

In the light of the Covid ventilation in the Church is ensured. Please make sure you wear warm clothes because the temperature might drop as a result of the ventilation.

B) CHRISTMAS DRAW: The Christmas draw for children will take place in a somewhat measured form. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CARD. REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR NAME ON THE CARD.
