This Sunday at the monthly school Mass there was an unveiling of a plaque from the Parish in Peru in recognition of all the support given by our Parish over the years.
Since 2000, we as a Parish have raised £117,000! Last year Fr Alex made an appeal and the Parish came together and raised an astonishing £14,000. These funds went towards 1 community room which is earthquake proof.
Fr Alex's new vast area is in need of at least four community rooms as there is currently nowhere for the people to gather.
